Growing up in the construction industry alongside my father, who has over 30 years of experience with Dietch Construction in residential house framing and general contracting, I gained hands-on experience in new construction and worked closely with various trades throughout the building process.

Deciding to continue the family tradition, I founded Dietch Earthworks to offer specialized dirt work and related services to the people of Central Iowa. In addition to my construction background, I have been serving for 8+ years as a firefighter/paramedic, where I have honed values such as customer-driven satisfaction, honesty, integrity, and a commitment to providing the best service possible.
